Refund policy

If the product you have purchased is faulty, you are covered under standard Australian Consumer Protections. In this instance we are happy to give you a full product exchange or refund.

We do accept Customer Change of Mind, However customers need to ship the product back to us at their own cost, the returned item must be in new and resalable condition and with original packaging intact. We Accept returns up to 30 days from receipt of goods.

We will process a refund on the product cost after inspecting the returned goods, please allow up to 45 days for your refund to be processed.
